Gift wrapping: can be selected for your package for a small fee of $7. You can select from four different occasions for gift wrapping: Christmas, birthday, anniversary, and bridal. A generic wrapping paper will be used to suite the occasion selected. You can also personalize your gift with a To: / From: tag and we will also include a ribbon suited for the occasion. Gift wrapping your package may delay shipment 1-2 business days and is available year round.

We ship packages via the US Postal Service Global Express (a customs or brokers fee may be due upon delivery). We do ship items internationally to OUR CUSTOMERS ONLY via the US Postal Service (Global Express). A customs and duty fee may be applied upon delivery to the recipient of the package.
Regular ground shipments take from 1 to 6 days depending on your location.
International orders may be delayed one business day. Military, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico orders being shipped via the US Postal Service will be delayed one business day.

We strive to ship items same day or next business day after payment has been received and cleared unless it is the weekend or a holiday. Shipping amount covers all shipping and handling costs. We are not responsible for any Items lost or stolen once they have been shipped. Items they are carefully packaged with all necessary protective materials. "Transit times are dependent on USPS". Please do not rate us poorly due to shipping delays or lost packages with our shipping carriers.

Payment: Paypal, Money Orders and cash is the ONLY form of payment we accept. We allow you to make payment up to 5 days from the date the auction ends. We only accept payment with a confirmed address. Please make sure your shipping address is correct in Paypal. Incorrect shipping addresses will result in a delay to your order processing and/or incur delivery intercept charges. If the item hasn't been paid within 5 days after bidding, we will email JaxBids to cancel the transaction and leave negative rating. This procedure may cause you some trouble. So we hope you can think over before bidding.

Terms of Sale: Customer Service is our #1 priority. Returns will gladly be accepted within 30 days from delivered date. Shipping and handling is non-refundable, unless we are at fault. If the products/items were free shipping, we will deduct the total free shipping amount from the total cost of the refund. Item must be returned in same conditions received. If new, (unopened) - must be received same way; this includes no dents on the box, no scratches, or re-taped. Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges. Buyer/winner is responsible for all return shipping charges, (note) we are not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen items. Before the item is returned to us, Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items must have a RMA number. Items with no RMA number will be refused and sent back to sender. If the item is been bought as used / Open Item-Box or Sold as-is - what you see is what get. (No Returns).

Please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Merchandise should be carefully packed to prevent any losses or damages in transit. Merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging with the original packing slip and displaying the appropriate RMA number. All RMA numbers are valid for ten (10) days from their original date of issue. Returned packages not displaying an RMA number or displaying an invalid or expired RMA number will not be accepted.
