JaxBids.com Linking Policy
This
policy addresses Off-Site Links in Auction Listings, Auction
Storefronts, Additional Store Pages, About Me Pages, on
Images/Graphics, AND in Forum Posts & Signatures.
[We reserve the right to amend this policy without prior notice]Linking to Web sites that offer to trade, sell, or purchase goods or services is not allowed. Exceptions are:
1. Sites that have a cross-promotion agreement with JaxBids.com.
2. Sellers may put their web site link on their About Me Page only.
3. Graphic/Template copyright links may direct to a graphic design web site or JaxBids.com Store only.
Prohibited links include, but are not limited to:
Links
to Web pages that offer to trade, sell or purchase goods or services
outside of Jaxbids.com. This applies to a static URL, an active
link, text link, non-active text link, and graphics that contain
off-site name/info on them. Links to Web sites or pages offering
merchandise not permitted on JaxBids.com i.e. other auction sites,
bartering sites, trade sites, and independent web sites selling a
product.
Exceptions are:
1. Sites that have a cross-promotion agreement with JaxBids.com.
2. Sellers may put their web site link on their About Me page only.
3. Graphic/Template copyright links may direct to a graphic design web site or JaxBids.com Store only.
- Links to sites that solicit JaxBids.com User IDs, passwords or email addresses from buyers.
- Graphics/Images in Jaxbids.com Stores, Listings, and Forum that that contain an off-site name/info on them.
- Links that encourage buyers to place bids through a site other than Jaxbids.com.
- Links to subscribe to newsletters or mailing lists hosted outside of Jaxbids.com.
